Most coaches struggle to get clients.
Not because they’re bad coaches.
Because marketing, client acquisition, content creation, and building a brand while actually coaching clients is utterly overwhelming, and nobody ever taught you how to do any of it.

What Is This Mastermind Actually About?
It’s not an AI course.
It’s not formal presentations.
It will be a small group of coaches who can bring actual business problems (client acquisition, marketing that isn’t working, content you can’t finish, admin stealing your time, positioning that isn’t landing), and solve them together.
The difference? We use AI to make every solution better, faster, and more sustainable than anything you could build alone.
As you get comfortable with the group and using AI regularly, you’ll be staggered by how few problems it can’t solve.
What can AI and this mastermind help you with?
Pretty much, you name it, AI can help you do it, this side of emptying your dishwasher or picking the kids up from school. But here are a few examples:
- Become a more effective coach and gain word-of-mouth clients.
- Produce better, focused content, more quickly.
- Create images that allow you to build a powerful brand and make your content more shareable.
- Amplify your social media presence so you start to look like the go-to coach in your niche.
- Write website copy and design landing pages that will actually convert visitors.
- Build workflows and systems that let you take back time.
- Create a custom GPT that will act as a 24/7 free business coach. This one may put me out of work!
Any one of those could be worth hundreds or even thousands to you.
Combined, they’re priceless.
That’s why I’m taking this seriously.
This mastermind isn’t for AI experts; it’s for newbies.
It’s for coaches who recognise the need to improve their AI use but are a little nervous or unsure what to do.
As such, I expect to be getting a lot more involved in teaching and guiding than is typically the case with a mastermind.
So think of it as a mastermind/course hybrid without the formality a regular course would dictate, but including the camaraderie and support that a mastermind would offer.

How will this mastermind work?
A mastermind is a small meeting of equals in which everybody helps and supports one another.
You get to bring any marketing, sales, or client-acquisition question/problem you want help with to each mastermind, and we all offer suggestions on how best to tackle it.
It’s remarkable how often what seems like an intractable problem can be solved by the group.
As you get comfortable with the group and with using AI more often, there will be surprisingly little that you don’t realise AI can help you with.
It’s not a traditional course, but I anticipate being heavily involved in providing advice, support, and impromptu demonstrations.
Note: Just because we are going to lean heavily on AI doesn’t mean we use it if the solution to your problem doesn’t require it! At the end of the day, the mastermind is to help you get more paying clients.

Schedule for the Mastermind (6 seats max)
It’s aimed at people early on in their coaching journey. Whereas you don’t need to be working with paying clients, you must have worked with pro bono clients and either have a website or be in the process of building one. You must also be confident in your coaching ability and prepared to take on paying clients if/when they become available.
You should be able to write a basic AI prompt, even if they never seem to get you the results you want!
By the end, you will be more confident in the content you produce, the speed at which you produce it and the value it can deliver.
You will be using AI daily to not just help you get more clients, but to help you become a better coach and of greater value to your own clients.*

Mastermind FAQ
No. There’s no curriculum. It’s a mastermind where the agenda is set by the members each call, with optional short demos only when requested.
I feel sure you will learn a lot about AI, but equally, you will learn a lot about running a coaching practice.
Whereas this isn't a mastermind to help you become a better coach, almost anything else related to running a successful coaching business and acquiring clients is on the table.
I expect every attendee to set a stretching goal or goals at the beginning of the process.
Consider the thing or things that can really help you move your coaching practice forward in 2026, and let's go for it.
The application form will ask you for at least one example of this. So if I think it's not achievable with AI, such as a goal to pick the kids up from school and empty the dishwasher, then I'll let you know.
But as with any venture like this, the real outcomes will be determined by the effort you put in. As such, the only promise I can make is that I'll do my best for you.
I like both Claude and Gemini. I also use Perplexity and love NotebookLM. As such, I feel all will come up.
But I think it's better that we all have a common platform, and at this stage, ChatGPT is the one that most people are using.
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6, plus me.
We will do our weekly check-in in between meetings, and you can ask me and your colleagues questions and share valuable tips and tricks.
Recordings and notes are posted. If you miss two sessions or skip two commitments, we’ll need to send the boys round to straighten you out, or at least have a quiet chat!
I'd like attendees to treat this with the seriousness that they would a client session.
I reserve the right to ask a member to step down if they are not engaged. In the highly unlikely event that happens (it’s never happened in any of the masterminds I’ve run), the registration fee will not be refunded.
I noticed that you've got an asterisk after the results people can expect. Why is that?
It's because, with a mastermind, you stipulate what you want to achieve. Unlike a course, where the outcome is knowledge and perhaps a certificate or qualification, a mastermind will be different for every attendee.
The application fee is non‑refundable once you have been accepted and paid. Nor are there any refunds if you pay in full and leave before the end date.
This refund policy isn't because I'm a total bastard, but rather masterminds are delicate balances, and when somebody drops out, it can throw that balance out of kilter. So it is designed to ensure that I only have really serious coaches apply, and you only get to work with coaches as committed as you are.
