What is the Inner Circle?
It’s an ongoing, small-group membership for coaches who are serious about becoming fully booked. It combines the collective problem-solving of a mastermind, direct access to me between meetings and a practical monthly masterclass.
This is a business-growth mastermind for ambitious coaches.
The aim is to help you build a stronger, more profitable coaching business, and AI will be a big part of that because it is changing almost every aspect of how coaches can market and run their businesses.
Used properly, AI can save you huge amounts of time and money and let you do things that would previously have meant hiring somebody else.
But this isn’t about learning AI. It’s about using AI to make us more effective and efficient.
Each meeting’s agenda will be set by the members based on what they need help with. Topics might include positioning, messaging, getting clients, content, websites, email marketing, outreach, or anything else related to growing your business.. We’ll use AI extensively whenever it can help you attract clients, improve your marketing or run your business more effectively.
You bring what is actually happening in your business: the offer that isn’t selling, the message that feels all over the place, the content you can’t finish, or the client-acquisition problem you can’t solve alone.
Together, we work out what is really going on, decide what needs to happen next, and agree the practical actions that will move your business forward.
The group gives you perspective, practical ideas, accountability, and a room full of people who genuinely want you to succeed.
What will we work on?
The precise agenda will be led by what members need. But the work will centre on the things that turn a good coach into a successful coaching business:
- Find or refine a niche that is commercially viable and distinctly yours.
- Sharpen your messaging so it speaks to the exact clients you want to attract.
- Create useful, focused content that builds trust and makes you easier to refer.
- Increase your visibility and learn how to get found in search engines and LLMs.
- Improve your sales conversations, offers, referrals, and follow-up.
- Use AI to build faster, smarter workflows and reclaim time from admin.
- Become a better coach so clients get stronger results and spread the word.
The point isn’t to collect more advice. It’s to make sharper decisions, leave with clear next actions, follow through with accountability and build a more consistent route to well-matched paying clients.
Trying to compete while ignoring AI is like running a marathon and deciding halfway round to put on lead diving boots. You may finish, but everyone else will have come past you by the time you do.
You do not need to be an AI expert. You do need to be willing to learn, experiment and put useful ideas into practice, using a paid version of ChatGPT or Claude.
I’ll demonstrate tools and workflows when they can help, and the one-hour masterclass on the last Friday of each month gives us room to explore one useful topic in greater depth.
This is not a rigid course with a fixed syllabus. It is practical support and help for coaches only.

How the Inner Circle works
We meet twice a month on Zoom for 90 to 120 minutes. These are working mastermind sessions, not passive webinars.
We meet twice each month for the mastermind component, and everybody does their utmost to attend both meetings.
Every member can bring a current marketing, sales, positioning, client-acquisition, AI, or business problem to the group.
Five members will get the main hot-seat time in one meeting and the other five in the next. So you’ll have your main hot seat once a month, typically for around 20 minutes.
I’m not going to police that with a stopwatch. If somebody doesn’t need their slot that month, we’ll use the extra time wherever it’s most useful
Between calls, the private WhatsApp group gives you somewhere to ask for help, share a win, test an idea, or get unstuck. I’ll dip in regularly, as will the other members.
The monthly masterclass may be a presentation, a practical demonstration with another person or a session with a specialist guest. It will be recorded so members can catch up if they cannot attend live.

- Turn up for the mastermind meetings whenever reasonably possible.
- Bring questions, problems, ideas, and work you want feedback on.
- Offer your perspective when another member’s question sparks something useful.
- Use the WhatsApp group to ask for help, share progress, and help others.
- Say what you think, even when you’re worried the question or idea may sound stupid. There are no stupid questions.
- Take responsibility for implementing the decisions and actions that come out of the group.
How the mastermind calls run
- Check-in: a concise update on what has happened since the previous meeting and where you need help.
- Focused problem-solving: deeper discussion of the most useful and urgent member questions.
- Commitments: each member leaves clear about the next actions they intend to take.
My role is to keep the conversation useful, make sure everybody has a voice, challenge woolly thinking, and provide direct advice, resources, or demonstrations when they will help.

An ongoing membership, not a fixed-term course
The Inner Circle is designed for coaches who are ready to work on their business now. You do not need to be fully established, but you must be confident in your coaching and willing to take on paying clients.
We meet twice a month on alternate Tuesdays at 3:00 p.m. UK time for 90 to 120 minutes. The separate one-hour monthly masterclass is held on the last Friday of the month at the same time and is recorded for members.
You can join whenever a suitable place is available. When all ten places are filled, you can join the waiting list and I’ll contact you when an appropriate place opens.
Exact dates will be confirmed before you commit.

The founder rate is deliberately accessible, but entry isn’t automatic. I’ll only offer places to coaches who can contribute to the group as well as benefit from it. The one-off joining fee reflects the additional work involved in welcoming you, understanding your business and integrating you into a carefully balanced group.

Is this a course?
No. The Inner Circle is an ongoing business-growth mastermind, not a fixed curriculum. The two mastermind meetings are shaped by the real challenges members bring to the room. The separate monthly masterclass explores one useful topic in greater depth.
What can I get help with?
Anything that helps you build a stronger coaching business: finding or refining your niche, sharpening your message, creating content, increasing your visibility, getting found in search engines and LLMs, improving offers and sales conversations, generating referrals, using AI effectively, or getting unstuck on a current business decision.
How many people will be in the Inner Circle, and how do the hot seats work?
The intention is to keep the group to ten members. Five members will have the main hot-seat time in one mastermind meeting, and the other five in the next. Everyone is encouraged to attend both meetings: you can gain just as much from contributing to and learning from somebody else’s challenge as you can from your own hot seat.
Do I have to participate when I’m not in the hot seat?
I’m hoping you’ll want to get involved, but I won’t insist that everybody talks for the sake of talking. I will encourage everyone to offer opinions and perspectives when they have something useful to add. In a mastermind, some of the best ideas come from people who aren’t experts in an area but can look at the problem differently.
Do I need a paid AI tool?
Yes. You must have a paid plan for either ChatGPT or Claude. At the time of writing, ChatGPT is the better all-round option for this work, but these tools change quickly. You do not need to be an AI expert; you do need to be willing to learn and experiment.
What happens in the WhatsApp group?
It is where you can ask for help between meetings, test an idea, share progress, post something for feedback or help another member. I’ll dip in regularly, as will the other members, but it isn’t an instant-response service or a substitute for the mastermind meetings.
What if I miss a session?
Please attend whenever reasonably possible. The monthly masterclasses will be recorded. Because mastermind meetings may include confidential business discussions, they will not normally be recorded; if you miss one, you can catch up through the WhatsApp group and any shared notes or resources.
Why is there a one-off joining fee?
It reflects the additional work involved in welcoming you, understanding your business and integrating you into a carefully balanced group. It is not an automatic-entry admin charge: every prospective member applies, and I will only offer a place when I believe the fit is right for you and the existing members.
How do the one-to-one sessions work?
After four consecutive paid months, you receive a private one-to-one session with me. You receive another after 12 months of continuous membership. Each session is normally valued at £250, and continued membership is required to qualify.
What outcomes do you promise?
I cannot promise a particular number of clients or a specific income. I can promise experienced guidance, honest feedback, useful ideas, accountability and practical support. What you achieve will also depend on the quality and consistency of the action you take.
Is there a minimum membership period?
Technically, no. There is no contractual minimum term. However, I’d ask you to make a genuine mental commitment to stay for at least three months. That gives you enough time to participate properly, put ideas into practice and experience the value of the group.
How do billing and cancellation work?
When you are accepted and decide to join, you will be charged £144 immediately: the non-refundable £72 joining fee and your first £72 monthly payment. You will then be billed £72 on the same date each month. To cancel, simply email me at least 48 hours before your next payment is due.
Is the joining fee refundable?
No. The £72 joining fee is non-refundable. It covers the additional work involved in welcoming you, understanding your business and integrating you into a carefully balanced group.
Are the mastermind discussions confidential?
Yes. Everything discussed in the mastermind stays within the group, and every member will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before joining.
What happens if all ten places are filled?
You can join the waiting list. I expect places to become available as members’ circumstances change, and I’ll contact people on the waiting list when an appropriate place opens.
What if you haven’t answered my question?
Contact me and ask before you apply. I’d rather you were clear about what you are joining.
